If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 7-day exchange on all new condition, unworn, unwashed products. To exchange, please contact us at brooke@t-shirt-time.net or by phone at 713-206-6902 We will provide you with an exchange number to attach to your package to ensure we replace it with the correct item.

Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable, meaning that you’ll need to pay for the postage back to us, as well as a discounted exchange shipping rate.
